The Storage Genie mobile app securely grants access to our facility using your mobile phone.
We have found that it works best with the following settings:
set location privacy to "When Using"allow Bluetooth when prompted (it does not need to pair, but uses Bluetooth "Beacon" technology to sense proximity to the gate)
after entering your name, unit number, and gate code (number only), from the main screen select the gear icon, and:
Select "Send Notifications" (allows you to see that the code was accepted/denied)
Deselect "Automatically Open Gates" if already selected (far more reliable)
